Apple Pie Smoothie


1 apple, peeled and quartered
1 cup apple juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar or other sweetener, to taste
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pure Vanilla
1 cup ice cubes

Optional: a couple tablespoons of powdered granola


Place all ingredients in blender in the order listed.
Turn it on low first, then turn it up to your highest speed.
Let it blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
Serve immediately.
