Detox with this tasty Cranberry Smoothie



Ingredients:

1 cup frozen cranberries
1 medium navel orange
1 medium banana, broken into one inch chunks
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
artificial sweetener to taste
milk, water, or juice to desired consistency

Directions:

Peel and segment navel orange into slices.
Place all ingredients except liquid in a blender and combine.
Add fluid slowly until desired consistency is reached.
Serve
