Eggnog Smoothie

eggnog smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups light eggnog
1 banana
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup of 2% milk
2 cups of ice
Pinch of nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
(for a tasty dessert, omit the protein powder and add a shot of rum)

Directions:

Blend until smooth
