Energizing Protein Smoothie


Ingredients:

1 small can crushed pineapple
1 med. banana, sliced
6 strawberries
1 c. skim milk
2 T. vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. flax oil seed (optional: added for Omega fats source)

Directions:

Blend strawberries slightly, add pineapple and whip on high.
Add banana and blend slightly to combine.
Add milk, protein and flax oil seed.
Blend until smooth.
