chocolate nut smoothie

Ingredients:

2 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder

2 c. Skim milk

1 T. Chocolate syrup

1 T. of Peanut Butter

1 T. of chopped almonds

6 Ice cubes

Directions:

Put the protein powder in first, then ice, then everything else carefully.

Blend on high until smooth.

mocha latte

1 c skim milk
1 t. vanilla
2 T sugar or sweetener
3 T instant mocha flavored coffee
1 T instant coffee
2 T chocolate syrup
2 T vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1 c ice

Blend on low until smooth.

For a refreshing summer drink, omit the instant coffee and chocolate syrup, decrease milk to 3/4 cup and add 1/2 c. kahlua or coffee liquor.

Those of you who are craving a little chocolate or a smoothie that tastes like a banana split     but doesn’t have half the calories in it, and then this smoothie is just for you. It’s the type of smoothie which will have people coming back for more. Here is how to make yours.

First, you need to make sure that you have all your ingredients.

1 banana

1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup

1 C. skim milk

1 C. crushed ice

The rest is as easy to do as one, two, and three. Take all the ingredients and go about to put them in the blender. You will need to blend all these things until  smooth when you do this you just have to pour it in a glass and be ready to share. Now, wasn’t that easy.
