coffee-smoothie

Ingredients:

4-6 ice cubes
1/2 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
Splenda 1-2 packets/teaspoons (or to taste)
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. leftover cold coffee

Directions:

Place ingredients into blender in order. Mix on low to combine, then high until frothy and smooth.

1 c skim milk
1 t. vanilla
2 T sugar or sweetener
3 T instant mocha flavored coffee
1 T instant coffee
2 T chocolate syrup
2 T vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1 c ice

Blend on low until smooth.

For a refreshing summer drink, omit the instant coffee and chocolate syrup, decrease milk to 3/4 cup and add 1/2 c. kahlua or coffee liquor.
