orange-smoothie
Ingredients:

1 can frozen orange juice
1/2 c skim milk (or soy equivalent)
1/2 c water
1/4 c sugar or sweetener
1/2 t vanilla
Ice cubes as needed

Directions:

Combine ingredients by adding to blender one at a time on low. Once all ingredients are added, blend on high until frothy and smooth.

2 cups milk
2 cups plain yogurt
2 cups fresh raspberries (other berries may be substituted)
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and process until smooth.

This tasty treat is timeless!

1 Orange – peeled and seedless (fresh juice works ok too)
2 cups frozen orange sherbet
1 cup milk or vanilla yogurt

Puree orange, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish with a candy corn.

–if calories are not a concern, or if you’re just in the mood for halloween sweets, you can add candy corn (crushed in food processor) or some crushed oreo cookies.)
