Best Smoothie Recipes
Fruit Smoothies, Vegetable Smoothies, and Protein Shakes
Ingredients:
2 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
2 c. Skim milk
1 T. Chocolate syrup
1 T. of Peanut Butter
1 T. of chopped almonds
6 Ice cubes
Directions:
Put the protein powder in first, then ice, then everything else carefully.
Blend on high until smooth.

Peanut butter can be high in fat, however it is a good fat in moderation as it is high in protein and other important vitamins.
This is a perfect after workout shake or after school snack.
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons blackberry jelly
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana, frozen and chunked
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons wheat germ
In a blender combine milk, jelly, peanut butter, banana, honey and wheat germ. Blend until smooth.
