berry oatmeal smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup of skim milk
1/4 plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup of Old Fashioned Quaker Oats (I grind these to dust in my food processor but it’s not necessary)

2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
*Water to thin it down to taste (optional)
1 med banana (optional)

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until you’re happy with the texture. You may add some water to make it thinner, but it’s not necessary.

Ingredients:

1 med. banana
2 apples, diced
1/2 cup green grapes
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener
1/2 cup water
Handful of ice cubes

Directions:

Add the banana, apples, grapes, raspberries, sweetener, water and ice into the blender in that order. Blend on low for 15 seconds. Then blend on high until smooth. Enjoy! Serves 1-2

2 cups milk
2 cups plain yogurt
2 cups fresh raspberries (other berries may be substituted)
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and process until smooth.
