So, what do you need and how do you make this? Those are good questions which we are going to answer for you.

2 medium yams

3 C vanilla yogurt

1 C. skim milk

2 C. ice

1 tsp sugar or sugar substitute

1 ripe banana which you will need to slice

Now, there are two steps with this. What are those steps? The first step is to prick the yams with a fork. When you do this you need to microwave them for at least eight minutes but you can cook them for eight to ten minutes. When they are done, allow them to cool and then peel them. The next step is to combine all this and then blend it until it’s smooth. Serve.
