Fruit Smoothies, Vegetable Smoothies, and Protein Shakes

1/2 cups banana, sliced
1/2 cups mango, papaya, or guava *
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
* fruit should be of one kind listed and be chopped.
Place all ingredients in food processor work bowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container, cover and process on high speed until smooth.
Strain if using mango.
